Return of Unwanted Items

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with a purchase made through our web site, you may return it unused, in its original packaging within 14 days for a full refund. If the returned item is found to be damaged or requires re-boxing then a rectification/re-boxing charge will be deducted from any refund. If an item has been used then we reserve the right not to accept the product back for full credit unless deemed to be faulty.

Please notify our sales office before returning any items on 01525 381111.  You will be given either a contact name or returns reference which must be stated clearly on the outer packaging. Your parcel may be refused if it does not state either a contact name or returns reference.

Return of Items Found To Be Damaged or Lost In Transit

If you take delivery of a package and you find that the contents have been damaged in transit or is short delivered, please sign for the consignment accordingly, e.g 1 parcel damaged or 1 parcel missing. Please do not sign for the delivery as received correctly &/or in good condition – please notify our sales office within 2 working days of receipt. Return any damaged item(s) to us within 7 working days for a refund or exchange. Please notify our sales office of the damage before returning the item. Notification of non-delivery is required within 7 days of invoice date.

Return of Items Found To Be Faulty

If an item is found to be faulty, you may return it for replacement. Please notify our sales office before returning the item.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE RETURNED GOODS ARE ADEQUATELY PACKED TO AVOID FURTHER DAMAGE OR LOSS.

Proof of posting is not proof of delivery, so please use a return method requiring a signature on receipt.

Defective products can only be returned for a refund at the products purchasing price. The purchase price will be credited to the method of payment that was used for the original purchase.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
